About Misty Royce

With the benefit of experience in bayside and south east Melbourne suburban law firms, and in the non-profit sector, I was looking for a place I could feel "at home", where I could do the work I love, in the way I see it needs to be done, while helping others along the way. I wanted to put my energy into something genuine and so was born my own Misty Royce law practice.

I take pride in providing a quality legal service for my clients' peace of mind, with a focus on their property and estate planning needs. I offer a professional and ethical service with care, assisting others during what can otherwise seem an overwhelming time.

I believe in doing a job properly. I invest time at the outset of a matter and throughout as necessary, to ensure as best as possible that the matter proceeds smoothly to the desired conclusion. I aim to keep things as clear and simple as possible while being thorough and effective.

My clients benefit from a one-to-one, proactive and personalised approach. My work is tailored to each client and each matter as required and I happily keep my clients properly informed. I assist in clarifying issues and presenting solutions. Sometimes my clients themselves come up with a great idea and my role might be to streamline the required process, formalising agreements and the like, enabling my clients to carry on with their life and business.
